 NMMRA serves Medicare beneficiaries and their families by providing valuable information about Medicare benefits and rights, as well as a patient's role in managing their own health. NMMRA's helpline staff is available to beneficiaries and/or their representative to answer questions related to quality of care concerns and complaints.
