Beneficiary Helpline

The beneficiary helpline provides information about your rights and responsibilities as a Medicare recipient to an expedited appeal when being discharged from an acute hospital setting or from services from a skilled nursing facility, home health care or hospice services. NMMRA also assists beneficiaries or their loved ones with quality of care concerns and provides referrals to other helpful resources.
