Directions to NMMRA Offices

Seagull Office Plaza includes two adjacent rectangular buildings. NMMRA offices are located in the south building, with its main entrance facing Osuna Road. NMMRA’s main office is located on the second floor, suite 200. NMMRA’s EQRO office is located on the first floor, suite 100A.

To get to Seagull Office Plaza when approaching Albuquerque on I-25 from the north (Bernalillo and Santa Fe)

• Take exit 230 (San Mateo)
• Follow San Mateo south to the third stoplight (intersection of San Mateo and Osuna Road)
• Turn left on Osuna Road
• Turn left into Seagull Office Plaza just past the first stoplight (intersection of Osuna Road and Seagull Street)

To get to Seagull Office Plaza when approaching Albuquerque from the south (Airport and Los Lunas)

• Take exit 229 (Jefferson)
• Stay on the frontage road through the stoplight at Jefferson
• Turn right at Osuna Road (the second road)
• Follow Osuna Road through the stoplight (intersection of Osuna Road and San Mateo)
• Turn left into Seagull Office Plaza just past the first stoplight after passing San Mateo (intersection of Osuna Road and Seagull Street)
